Thanks for sending that over.
So it looks like that code creates a form instead of a pop-up.

Would your partner maybe be able to reach out to the support for whoever you are using to make the pop-up to see if they could send the proper code?
Also, Elfsight is a very easy service to use and create a pop-up with if they would like to try that.
